Indest Consulting Services provides an Executive Marketing service which is a one-on-one marketing service for executives who are looking to find a new position with a different company. The service is paid by the executive, and is offered to architectural, engineering and construction executives only.

The marketing plan begins with a confidential assessment that includes an evaluation of the executive’s resume/CV and supporting paperwork (cover letters, references, career advancement history, etc). Included also in the assessment is an executive profile and marketing plan. The assessment is absolutely free and confidential for qualified executives.

The executive has complete control of the cost of the marketing plan from this point own. Some executives enjoy marketing themselves and will go it on there on. Some prefer to work with selected executive recruiters and allow them to present them to a preselected list of companies. Others prefer to have ICS bring them to market.
